I still remember the moment I first became curious about what makes people thrive in their careers. I was studying in Houston, Texas — surrounded by people chasing bold goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Some moved forward with ease, while others struggled, despite having the same qualifications. That contrast stayed with me.
That’s when I decided to dive deeper. I pursued formal training in Business Administration and Career Coaching, not just to understand how hiring works, but to master how people can navigate it successfully.
Gaining Experience
Since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with people at all stages of their careers — from young graduates unsure of where to begin, to seasoned professionals aiming for their next big opportunity.
My background in recruitment and HR gave me a front-row seat to the realities of hiring. I learned what employers are really looking for — and it’s not always about having the perfect CV. It’s about presence, mindset, communication, and the ability to show up with confidence and purpose.
Working with prestigious hotels across the GCC taught me how to prepare candidates not just for the interview, but for the reality of the role. I learned how to bridge the gap between potential and performance — and how to help people shine in spaces that once felt out of reach.
This experience didn’t just shape my skills. It shaped my philosophy: real career growth comes when we align personal development with practical strategy.

Trust Talent was born from a shared vision between my brother and me — one shaped by our own career journeys and a mutual commitment to helping others succeed.
With his background as a cabin crew member and his experience coaching aspiring aviation professionals, and my expertise in HR and career development, we saw an opportunity to create something different: a space where job seekers aren’t just prepared for interviews, but guided, supported, and truly seen.
We launched Trust Talent to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of candidates land meaningful roles in top hotels and airlines, often in record time.
